OBGYN Information

In our Resource section we have addressed some of the most common OB conditions and GYN conditions. If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with one of these conditions, you can get more information here. If you are a current patient and you don't see your condition listed or if you have questions that our articles don't address, please fill out our "Medical Question" form.  We will respond to your question within 1 business day. If your question is urgent, you can reach our office between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Surgical Information

If you are a current patient and have been scheduled for surgery, you can find out more about your procedure on our Surgical Information page. If your procedure isn't listed, but you have questions about it, please fill out our "Surgical Information" form and we will respond within 2 business days.

The Surgical Information page is also where you can also download our surgical consent form.
