*  "All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Please feel free to attend the meeting each month which is most convenient for you. Babies are always welcome at our meetings."

Postpartum coping and recovery:
Here are some tips on how to understand and manage your postpartum period.  WebMD also has an excellent article entitled "The Postpartum Survival Guide."

Postpartum Depression :
Postpartum depression is a common condition that affects about 1 of every 8 women during the first months after childbirth. Tears, irritability, mood swings, and feelings of being overwhelmed often characterize postpartum depression. Although these symptoms can happen in almost every woman at some time, you should get help if your symptoms have not subsided after two weeks postpartum. If these feelings are causing you to be unable to function, or if you feel as though you want to hurt yourself, or your baby, call Zweibach Women's Health immediately at 571.2777.
