Zweibach Women’s Health Offers Childbirth Classes

As a service to our patients and our community, Zweibach Women's Health is proud to announce our newest offering. We will be offering childbirth preparation classes.

The classes will be held on Thursday evenings at our Brandon office. In order to best meet the needs of our patients, we request that you sign up for these classes in advance. You may sign up during one of your regularly scheduled visits, you can call our office to sign up for the classes, or you can fill out our web form. Please state in the "Comments" section that you wish to attend our childbirth preparation class.

Classes are held monthly and follow this agenda:

1. First Thursday of the month we will discuss "Everything you need to know to prepare for birth"
2. Second Thursday of the month we will discuss "Breastfeeding and body changes"
3. Third Thursday of the month we will discuss "Breathing and Relaxing". (You may wish to bring a pillow for your comfort)
4. Fourth Thursday of the month we will discuss "Other Issues". Additionally we will have guest speakers such as local pediatricians and/or doctors from our own practice.

Once you've signed up, all you will need to bring to class is yourself, your labor coach (if you like), and something to take notes.

Please plan to join us. Our schedule has been arranged to best meet your needs. If you miss a meeting during your scheduled month, you can attend the same class the following month.
